1. What are the requirements in availing a St. Peter memorial service (Pre-Need and At-Need)?

- Certificate of Fully Paid Plan
- Planholder Identification Card
- Photocopy of valid I.D. of the plan holder if assigned services
- At-Need
- Valid Senior Citizen I.D. to avail the 20% discount
- Service contract based on what agreed with St. Peter Chapels
2. What are the memorial services that you offer?
We offer the following memorial services:

Basic Memorial Services
a. Pull-out and transfer of cadaver from the place of death (hospital/clinic) to the memorial chapel
b. Embalming
c. Dressing and Application of Cosmetics
d. Provision for casket
e. Choice of chapel viewing (4 days) or outside viewing (7 days)
f. Transfer of the cadaver from the memorial chapel to the place of viewing*
g. Interment Services:
1) Hearse for transfer of the cadaver from the place of viewing to the burial cemetery
2) Assistance during the burial
- Secondary Memorial Services:
a. Assistance with processing of all necessary permits
b. One standing flower
c. 100 pieces Thank You card
d. Eucharistic Celebration (mass)**
*Transfer of the cadaver from the memorial chapel to the place of viewing is free of charge up to 25 km distance only. Succeeding kilometers will have additional pro-rated charges.
**We only provide the telephone numbers of the local parishes in the area. The bereaved family will be the ones to arrange with the priest regarding the mass and schedule per the schedule and availability of the family and relatives.
